Dispatch, Delivery and Returns

Delivery is FREE on all orders, and will be dispatched using either Royal Mail 48, or a 48-hour courier for heavier consignments. We are based in the UK and offer domestic postage only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, and those placed before 10am weekdays will go out the same day. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout.

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item value. Original delivery charges cannot be refunded. To arrange a return please contact sales@majadu.co.uk.
